- When can I buy tickets?
o General on-sale will begin on Thursday, 08.09.2022, 10:00, via www.ticketportal.sk
o We recommend all those interested in tickets to create a customer account at www.ticketportal.sk in advance, to be able to complete the order process more quickly later, when the presale starts.

How many tickets can I buy?
A maximum of 4 tickets per order and customer are allowed. The commercial resale of tickets, as well as the private resale of tickets at inflated prices is prohibited! If the buyer violates any specific conditions established by the promoter that have been mentioned here, or in the case of an attempted circumvention (e.g. violation of the prohibition of resale, an attempt to circumvent the ticket limit by registering and using multiple user profiles etc.), the order can be canceled.
But we would like to go to the concert together as a larger group (more than 4 people). How is that possible?

How will I receive my tickets?
Tickets will be in an electronic form - just print them out and bring them with you to the event.
How do I purchase wheelchair tickets?

Can I buy tickets as a gift?
The tickets are personalized, which means that the name of each visitor must be filled out at the time of purchase and will be printed on the tickets. The name will be recorded during the order process and must match the identity card which has to be provided by each visitor upon admission.
What is personalization?
Personalization means that tickets for events are linked to people. In visitor personalization, the name of the visitor is recorded for each individual ticket.
Why personalize?
Tickets for Rammstein are sold exclusively with visitor personalization. This means that each ticket is tied to a specific person, who is the holder of the visitation right; only the visitor on the ticket will be granted admission to the event. In addition, there is a purchase limit of a maximum of 4 tickets per customer. The personalization and limitation of tickets is done for reasons of fairness and to avoid a secondary market, where tickets are often offered at inflated prices. This special and deliberate regulation of presale should give as many fans as possible the opportunity to buy tickets at fair prices.
What do I have to consider when buying a ticket?
Please keep the first and last names of all the people for whom tickets will be purchased at hand. These names must be entered during the buying process.
In the course of the purchase process you will:
- accept the terms and conditions of ticketseller,
- accept the personalization terms and conditions of the organizer,
- confirm that you are permitted to personalize the tickets in the name of others.
My name is on the tickets, but I cannot attend the concert?

Steps how to change the name on the ticket.
- When should we arrive at the stadium?
Please arrive on time, doors are expected to open at 16:00. There may be delays due to traffic and admission checks. The sooner you get there, the better. Due to the person and ticket checks, longer admission times than usual are to be expected. Thank you for your understanding.
How will access control work on the show day?
Only people whose full name is registered in the ticket system AND printed on the ticket AND who can identify themselves with photo ID will be admitted to the event. No entry is granted if the conditions mentioned above are not met. Info points will be available for any queries on the show day.
- Is there an age limit?
The minimum age to attend the concert is 6. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
